Kate Schapira - Bio

Kate Schapira lives and writes in Providence, where she organizes the Publicly Complex reading series, and teaches writing and literature all over Rhode Island. She is the author of a chapbook, Phoenix Memory (available from horse less press) and her work has most recently appeared in Ecopoetics, Shampoo, The Diagram, CAB/NET and Coconut. This summer she plans to create a publication that's put together through a scavenger hunt, which will be easier to do than to explain.
