by Neil de la Flor About “Especially, Death”: This poem is the result of my trip to Paris, Barcelona and Cadaques which is in the North of Spain, close to the home of Salvador Dali. As cheesy as it sounds, the trip was a surreal experience, which I think is reflected in the poem. Skydivers, grilled squid, Toto, a green Mercedes. It was all oddly autobiographical in a subliminal way.
