About the Poems
by Lynn Behrendt I am interested in the things that for whatever reasons aren’t or can’t be said, in negative space, in shadows echoes and auras of objects & ideas, the unconscious—those kinds of things. Lately, I think that my poems are a means of exploring and working with these phenomena, using sound as a kind of Geiger counter for the unknown.
