Gerry LaFemina - Bio

Gerry LaFemina's latest book is the short story collection Wish List, which came out in 2009 from Marick Press. His books of poems include The Parakeets of Brooklyn (winner of the Bordighera Prize) and Graffiti Heart (winner of the Mammoth Books Poetry Prize). A new book, The Vanishing Horizon, will be released on Anhinga Press in early 2011. He directs the Frostburg Center for Creative Writing at Frostburg State University where he also teaches.
