Alice Fogel - Bio

Alice Fogel’s most recent book of poems, Be That Empty, was a national poetry bestseller in 2008. Strange Terrain (2009) is about how to not “get” poetry, and works as a guide for readers, teachers, and writers. Her poems have appeared in Best American Poetry and many other anthologies and journals.
