Alice B. Fogel - Bio

Alice B. Fogel’s books of poetry are Elemental and I Love This Dark World (Zoland Books). Other collections have been “finalist” in the national competitions about three dozen times so far. . . . Poems have appeared in many journals and anthologies, including the Best American Poetry series, Robert Hass’s Poet’s Choice, Iowa Review, TriQuarterly, Poetry Daily, Rattapallax, The Journal, Third Coast, Pleiades. Recipient of an Individual Artist’s Fellowship from the NEA, she teaches writing and other arts, and also designs theatrical costumes and clothing (www.lyriccouture.com). She lives off the grid in Acworth, NH with her family.
