:The Hole in the Sky:Nate PrittsWalking home when the sky was the cool purple of night, Red noticed & directed our attention to a hole opening. "Look!" was what he said to get us to share his startled & uncertain perception of the hole opening up in the sky. Suddenly, long yellow tentacles dropped from the hole & wrapped around us. They pulled us into the sky, closer & closer to the hole that floated in the vast purpley vastness. I considered the question of perception & wondered aloud: "This might be a good thing," I said.
